      It is composed by hydroxyl resin, pigment with good weather resistance and curing agent and packed as per Component A and Component B. The film is wear resisting, tough and enriching and has bright color, also is resistant to oil, benzene solvent, water, boiling water, seawater, acid, base and corrosion of salt and corrosion of chemical atmosphere and has great weather resistance.

      Surface treatment

      Paint the polyurethane finish in the specified coating time of the preceding original coating.


      Construction condition

      *Two-component paint must be fully stirred and matched properly as per the stipulated quality ratio as well as constructed after resting for 20 minutes, substrate temperature shall be greater than dew point above 3℃.

      *The construction temperature of common polyurethane coating had better be in range of 0-35℃. Pay attention to weather and temperature changes during construction; construction shall be forbidden under rain, frog and snow or when the relative humidity is greater than 85%. In hot summer, construction in direct sunshine shall be forbidden.

       

      Prior primer

      Polyurethane iron red antirust paint, polyurethane micaceous iron antirust paint, epoxy micaceous iron antirust paint, red lead epoxy antirust paint, zinc-rich epoxy primer.

       

      Suggested number of coating

      2-3 passes, dry film reaches 70-100μm..

      Packing Specification

      Container of 20 liters can load Component A of 18gk, container of 5 liters can load Component B of 4.5kg.

      Considerations

      *The optimal construction conditions of the paint is 0-35℃ in temperature and relative humidity shall be less than or equal to 85%, or the temperature of the surface of object to be painted shall be greater than dew point above 3℃. Construction shall be forbidden under condition of rain, frog, snow and larger dust.

      * Spraying, brushing and roller coating can be used for the paint. Different construction method has different requirements for viscosity of the paint. Use special diulent to adjust the viscosity of the paint, it is forbidden to use water, lacquer thinner, alcohol, petroleum, etc.

      *Polyurethane coating belongs to “chemical reactive coatings” and must be fully stirred well before use and matched as per stipulated quality and mixed evenly. The construction can be conducted after maturing for 20min at temperature of 25℃-35℃. Maturing time can be prolonged if the temperature is below 25℃. The matured coating shall be used up in 4-8h to avoid gluing and waste.

      *Barrel head of the paint shall be covered tightly after use, otherwise the paint will deteriorate under the influence of humidity, alcohol and water.

      *The film can be  put  into service only after 7d complete curing at room temperature.

      Safety guide

      Please pay attention to the security issues on the packaging. In addition, relevant Safety guide codes of nation or specified by the local government shall be followed. Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and spray mist for long term, skin and eye may not contact with the product. Forced ventilation shall be provided when applying the paint in confined spaces or stagnant air, although in good ventilation, protection tools shall be worn.
